Returns and Exchanges
Returns will be accepted under reasonable circumstances, such as legitimate manufacturing defects or shipping errors. All returns require a return authorization number issued by WM Uniform Group Inc. All claims must be made in writing within 3 days after receipt of goods. No claims will be considered if good have been worn or altered. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you receive. It must also be in the original packaging.
Certain types of goods are exempted from returns and exchanges. Customized items such as maternity pants or any products with decorations cannot be returned.
Refunds (If applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Clearance Items (If applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged. Clearance items cannot be returned or refunded.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with your return. The shipping charge of your initial order is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend our customers to use a traceable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance.
