How to place orders?

A:

Account set up is required to place order.  Please contact us to request for an account. You can also fill in the form by clicking into Request an Account, we will get back to  you in a timely manner.

How do I set up online-account with WM Uniform Group?

A:

Online Account is for corporate customers with Uniforms Management Program.  For individual, please contact us.

How do I login to my account?

Q:

Is there minimum order? 

A:

There is no order too big or too small.  Minimum order is NOT required for stock item.  Some of the items may require minimum order, and the requirement will be stated on quotation.  Less than minimum order surcharge may apply if customers wish to order less than minimum. 

 

Q:

Can I change or cancel my order after it was confirmed?

A:

If you wish to edit or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours.  We will assist you.  Changes cannot be made once the order is being processed.

Do you have products that you carry but not showing on the website?

A:

Yes.  WM Uniforms represents of many brands and garment manufacturers.  We are a hub for your uniforms need.  Based on your need, we will source products at the right quality and price for your choice.

 

Q:

I have a design of uniform apparel, do you custom make? 

A:

In 1996, WM Uniforms started the company by custom making garments at our in-house factory.  With over 24 years of experiences, we are specially good at making outerwear and woven daily wear.  While we are proud of having our uniforms make in Canada, we also have the ability to produce at our off-shore factory.  For program that require a high volume, our BULK PURCHASE PROGRAM would be ideal for cost effectiveness.  Give us a call or email us.

 

 

Shipping & Turnaround time

 

Q:

How long does it take for an order to ship and deliver?

A:

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), regular turnaround time for stock item without decorations is as little as 48 hours, depending on destination.  Orders for non-inventory item and with decorations may take up to 15-20 business days. Order leads time will be stated on quotation.

 

Q:

What is transit time within Canada?

A:

WM Uniform Group's warehouse is located in Richmond, BC.  Any order going to lower mainland, BC can be quick as same day delivery, or up to 3 business days.  Order going outside of Province of British Columbia will be approximately 4-7 business days.

 

Q:

Do you ship to the United States?

A:

Yes, we do.  Please contact us to discuss (link to email or phone number).

 

Q:

Which courier do you use?

A:

WM Uniforms uses United Parcel Services (UPS), Canada Post, and other local courier for delivery.  We reassure each shipment is being looked after by the reliable service providers which have solid tracking system. 

 

Q:

Can I use my own shipping account?

A:

Yes, you may.  We will have your shipping information recorded in our system.  Handling fee may apply.

 

Q:

How do I know shipping cost?

A:

Shipping cost is calculated based on size of the order, and destination.  An estimation will be provided when the order is placed.

 

 

Payment Method

What forms of payment do you accept?

A:

We accept Debit, VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, Direct Deposit and Cheque (for approved accounts only)

 

Q:

How do I obtain payment terms with WM Uniform Group?

A:

To request for payment term, please discuss with our representative.  Prepayment is required for the first order.  For customers who have credit, term of payment will be displayed on quotation and invoice.  Anyone fails to pay within term authorized will be suspended and will have to re-apply for credit.

 

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

Q:

Do you accept return, or exchange?

A:

Returns or exchanges are accepted under reasonable circumstances, such as legitimate manufacturing defects.

 

Q:

What is procedure of returns?

A:

If you find any issue with your purchase, please contact us to discuss.  Any merchandise that has sign of use cannot be returned, unless there are approved manufacturing defects.  All returns require a return authorization number (RA#) issued by WM Uniform Group.

 

Q:

I made a mistake on my order, what should I do?

A:

Make sure your merchandise is unused and it is in original packaging.  File your claim within 3 business days after receipt of goods.  All returns are subjected to 25% restocking charge.

 

Q:

My goods are branded with logo, can I still return or exchange?

A:

Unfortunately, if goods are with decorations, or altered, they are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Q:

What is refund policy?

A:

Return items will be inspected.  If your return is acceptable, a notification will be received through email.  If you have an approved return, a refund will be made within 5 business days after receipt of notification.   Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Clearance items are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange.
